Happy HOT July!! Though warm, life on the farm could not be ANY better!! Our individuals are showing personal growth in all avenues. They are each perfecting their own interests and strengths and it is a BEAUTIFUL thing to watch!! Personal growth leads to confidence, confidence leads to feeling valued, and having a sense of value gives us purpose to try MORE new things!! We are LIVING the dream. Our crops are beginning to be ready. Let us know if we can come visit your business with some of our produce.
Super Scavenger Hunt
Our 1st Annual Super Scavenger Hunt on June 15 was amazing. The workers, players, and organizers all had a great time. It was fun to see the different age groups, thought patterns, and modes of transportation used to hunt for clues!! If you missed out this year on playing or just getting a wonderfully yummy lunch, mark your calendars for next year, the Saturday of Father’s Day weekend. HUGE shout out to Jason Fox for preparing our end of game meal. We appreciate your servant’s heart!

Welcome Meagan Joyner!
Meagan Joyner has joined the Next Step Farms family as our Administrative Assistant. Megan is married to Richard. Together they have 4 adopted children and fostered unlimited others. Meagan met Chris and Robin when they first purchased the property on Smith Vasser, since that day they have been HUGE advocates of our program and have volunteered countless hours to making it become what it’s becoming. We are excited about this addition and cannot WAIT for you all to meet her.
Now for the sad news, this month we say SEE YA LATER to Julia Williams as she and Caleb prepare to welcome little Tater Tot into the world. We love the Williams family and hope you know that you are always welcome on the farm, especially if you bring Tater Tot to visit.
